On Friday, November 22nd the physical education department will be hosting a Turkey Trot Race during students’ specials time. Medals will be awarded to the top three boys and girls in each grade level. The race will take place on our school grounds. This event is designed to help promote an excitement around the concept of lifetime fitness. This is a special event for students. If a student receives a referral between Nov. 12 and the Turkey Trot, they will not be allowed to participate. Thank you for your support and we hope you come out and cheer for the students during the turkey trot. Parents must bring an ID and check in at the office before the race.
El viernes 22 de noviembre, el departamento de educación física organizará una carrera de trote del pavo durante el horario especial para estudiantes. Se entregarán medallas a los tres mejores niños y niñas de cada grado. La carrera se llevará a cabo en los terrenos de nuestra escuela. Este evento está diseñado para ayudar a promover el entusiasmo en torno al concepto de fitness de por vida. Este es un evento especial para estudiantes. Si un estudiante recibe una referencia entre el 12 de noviembre y el Trote del Pavo, no se le permitirá participar. Gracias por su apoyo y esperamos que vengan y animen a los estudiantes durante el trote del pavo. Los padres deben traer una identificación y registrarse en la oficina antes de la carrera.
